The ability to move oneself is something most of us take for granted. We do not think about what it means for us. That movement improves circulation, respiration, digestion, joint mobility and strengthens muscles. That movement has a favourable impact on self-image, motivation and the experience of mastering skills. People are made to move themselves. We provide the opportunity for movement for those who are unable to do so on their own.
